Remote IT Contract Analyst Job:

Selected individuals must be located in the EST time zone

Contract Duration: 4-6 months
Pay Rate Range: $40-54.00 based on experience

We are looking for a seasoned professional who hasa deep knowledge of Information Technology contract management. This IT Contract Analyst will bring an ability to read, write, and red-line agreements, SOWs, order forms, and contract terminations.
The IT Contract Analyst In collaboration with information technology, procurement, and strategic leadership will organize / negotiate agreements. It is extremely important that this individual be able to discern with a careful eye the many embedded clauses & potential risks found in these types of agreements.

Responsibilities of the Remote IT Contract Analyst Job:

• Ability to read, interpret, and summarize complex IT contracts.
• Experience managing multiple contracts in different lifecycle stages at one time.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.
• Understanding of information technology terminology (SaaS, licensing, SLAs, renewals, etc.).
• Experienced with strategic sourcing, commodity management, procurement market analysis, and commercial terms & conditions.
• This individual will negotiate pricing & contract terms, confidentiality agreements, supply agreements, and other contract related documents.
• Define, establish, and lead the strategic sourcing process consisting of supplier identification & vetting, RFI, RFQ and/or RFP.
• Plan, organize, and analyze sourcing data to build recommendations and make decisions on sourcing strategies with supplier selection implications utilizing Total Cost of Ownership analysis.
• Ensure supplier charges are properly accounted for in operating expense budgets or capital project budgets.
• Perform marketplace benchmark analysis and market testing for services.
• Track the development of innovative technologies and/or industry trends that will result in the identification of new suppliers, alternative products, and/or best-in-class services.

Qualifications of the Remote IT Contract Analyst Job:

• BS in Information Technology or Computer Science. We will consider other educational experiences if the individual has significant Information Technology contract analysis experience.
• Experience in Master Service Agreements, Contracts, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• Minimum of 8 years indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or commodity management experience.
• Extremely effective communication skills (verbal, written, presentation & influence) and must have the ability to present specific content comprehensively to respective target audiences.
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously while still meeting deadlines.
