Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement & CLM Implementation Consultant
Utah (hybrid)
6-month (contract)

Overview:
Our client is seeking a senior-level Oracle Fusion consultant to lead a full end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Sourcing, Procurement, Purchasing, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) within a six-month timeline. This role will drive solution design, configuration, integrations (via Oracle Integration Cloud), data migration, testing, training, and go-live stabilization. The consultant will partner with business and technical stakeholders to modernize sourcing and procurement processes, ensuring a scalable, compliant, audit-ready solution aligned with Oracle best practices and requiring no customizations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience
• Proven hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Procurement modules (Sourcing, iProcurement, Purchasing, CLM)
• Minimum two (2) Oracle Fusion implementations completed within a 6-month delivery model
• Strong experience integrating Oracle Fusion with Oracle EBS 12.2
• Deep expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Experience leading full lifecycle implementations (design through hypercare)
• Strong fit-gap analysis and configuration-first approach (minimal customization)
• Experience designing approval hierarchies, security roles, and procurement workflows
• Data migration strategy and execution experience (suppliers, contracts, open, POs)

Preferred / Bonus & Soft Skills:

• Experience migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud
• AI-enabled procurement functionality experience within Oracle Fusion
• Public sector or regulated-industry CLM experience
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Proven project governance and risk mitigation leadership
• Change management and user adoption strategy experience
• Training development and knowledge transfer expertise
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong documentation and solution design writing skills
