Responsibilities include generating and managing leads to qualify prospects and guide them through the transition of moving into their new home. You will work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to create a cutting-edge and strategic marketing plan. Your goal is to achieve your budgeted occupancy targets. Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community. Implement ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals. Work together with your team to execute events to draw prospects to the community.
Qualifications include previous work experience in senior living, results and goal driven, 4 year bachelors degree preferred, but not mandatory, previous experience in marketing & sales, 2+ years, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of computers systems and programs, organization and diligence in creative follow-up prospects.
