Pep Boys - - Responsibilities: Act as key holder and open/close the store as scheduled; Serve as primary on-site leader when the Service Center Manager is not present; Mentor, train, and onboard Customer Service Advisors; Partner with technicians and management to ensure efficient, customer-focused service operations; Promote a safe, compliant, and team-oriented work environment
