As a full-time or part-time Medication Technician, you will be an essential member of our care team, responsible for the safe administration of medications and providing daily support to our residents. You will help uphold the health and dignity of our residents by delivering compassionate, efficient, and reliable care, while meticulously documenting all medications administered.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately administer prescribed medications, adhering to state regulations and company policies.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.

• Monitor residents for any changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to nursing staff or leadership.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of medications and care provided.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

• Collaborate with caregivers, nurses, and leadership to deliver exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Arizona Assisted Living Caregiver Certificate required, including authorization to provide Supervisory, Personal, and Direct Care as per ADHS regulations.

• Previous caregiving experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to work compassionately with older adults, showing patience and professionalism.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow medication administration protocols.

• Flexibility to work various shifts (day, evening, overnight, weekends) as needed.
