If you're enthusiastic about helping others and enjoy meeting new people, we may have the perfect role for you. We're looking for a Part-time telemarketer to provide excellent customer service for our busy mortgage office.

You will be working with real estate agents to set appointments with loan officers, conduct follow-up calls from a customer database, and gather referrals from previous clients. We provide a script, but you'll need to be a quick thinker and problem-solver to answer client questions, address concerns, or direct clients to the proper channel. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of phone sales and outbound cold calling experience, along with a strong ability to multitask. Previous experience in an inside sales role is highly desirable.

15-20 Hours per week

Responsibilities

• Place calls to loan officers setting appointments for real estate agents
• Field basic questions from clients about product and services or direct to proper channel
• Update and maintain a system for gathering referrals from past clients
• Follow a script on phone calls to inform clients about products, prices, features, and their benefits
• Complete a quota of weekly appointment calls for real estate agents

Qualifications

• High-quality headset with a microphone is required
• This position requires a computer that can be used for work and access to the internet
• Work experience in phone sales and outbound cold calling of 1 year year is required
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Prefer a working knowledge of software including Microsoft Word and Google Docs along with basic computer skills
