ABM Industries - - Responsibilities: Clean and maintain assigned area, which may include classrooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, office, and stairways; Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors in designated areas; Notify lead cleaner or manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems; Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.; Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks
