Our client is seeking a Treasury Manager. You will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations related to cash flow, payment schedules, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Additionally, you'll be responsible for state and local tax compliance, managing annual and quarterly state tax provisions, coordinating state tax audits, and designing and implementing state tax policies and procedures. This position is hybrid. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $110,000 to $120,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Prepare weekly payment lists, collaborating with accounts payable staff to ensure efficient payment processing.
• Provide oversight of domestic and international bank account balances, including necessary cash movements.
• Manage timing for invoice receipt and payment processing, optimizing vendor relationships and internal cash forecasts.
• Oversee state and local tax compliance.
• Coordinate state tax audits and respond to inquiries.
• Manage the processing of employee expense reimbursements and expenses.
• Maintain balance sheet account reconciliations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in treasury management, tax compliance, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of state and local tax regulations.
• Experience with financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP software, Excel).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
