Embry-Riddle Aeronautical UniversityPrescott is seeking an innovative, student-centered, and strategically minded Director of Housing and Residence Life to lead an expanding residential program during an exciting period of institutional growth. Serving as the Senior Housing Officer and a key member of the Division of Student Affairs Leadership Team, the Director provides vision, direction, and executive leadership for a dynamic department.
With multiple new residential facilities housing over 300 additional beds coming online next year, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to build, shape, and elevate a thriving residential experience at a nationally recognized institution. The Director will oversee a current portfolio of over 1,400 beds, a talented team of eight full-time professionals, and 50+ student staff.
This is a full-time, 12-month, live-off position with on-call responsibilities that plays a pivotal role in the student experience and campus infrastructure planning. The Director will have the unique opportunity to influence campus culture, advance strategic initiatives, and help shape the next era of residential living at Embry-Riddle Prescott.
