At Home - - Responsibilities: Plan and lead transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets while maintaining visual integrity and an organized environment.; Plan/execute daily/weekly workload and tasks to deliver on visual merchandising, department and store sales goals, guest engagement, etc.; Participate in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions, stock product in designated areas, maintain end caps.; Support inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience.; Review store scorecard data (sales/expenses) and act within zones to improve metrics.
