Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile and create emotional connections with guests
• Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
• Honor and encourage others to follow the restaurant's vision and values
• Adapt quickly, multitask, and communicate effectively
• Be team-oriented, dependable, and uphold Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
• Work on your feet for several hours, ensuring an exceptional dining experience
• Other duties as assigned

• Consistency, reliability, and a cheerful attitude
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and work well independently and in a team
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and meet physical requirements
