Barista

Key Responsibilities of the Barista:

• Makes and serves specialty coffee and tea beverages.
• Speaks and interacts with Members.
• Maintains a clean and sanitized work station.
• Follows health and safety guidelines.
• Adheres to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items.
• Contributes to a positive team environment.

Minimum Qualifications for the Barista:

• Experience not required but will train.
• Must have food handler's card.

Other Qualifications:

• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
