The Yavapai County School Superintendent's Office is seeking an Education Services Director to articulate and develop programs and direct the work of the agency in providing services to County schools and educators. Major Duties, Responsibilities Coordinates and facilitates with schools, businesses, civic and other organizations and agencies to set goals, objectives, and action plans. Administers and manages all discretionary funding sources and programs for the School Superintendents Office. Collaborates with external agencies to identify educational priorities and grant proposals that support the programs, activities, and staff to provide services to schools in the county. Creates and maintains effective communication with staff of ESA, School Superintendents/ School Administrators, and federal and state funding agencies.
