Yavapai County Recorders Office is seeking dependable and detail-orientated individuals to serve as Elections Clerk II Voter Registration in support of upcoming Primary and General Elections. These positions play a critical role in upholding the integrity, accuracy, and security of the elections process for Yavapai County voters. Selected candidates will assist with early ballot processing, signature verification review, early in-person voting support, and secure ballot drop box retrieval. Work includes administrative office duties and hands-on election operations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ideal candidates are professional, highly attentive to detail, able to maintain strict confidentiality, and committed to providing exceptional public service while following established election laws and procedures. This is a seasonal position which is on call or as needed, not to exceed 1020 hours per fiscal year.
