As the General Manager at one of our small format retail stores, youll be responsible for store operations including revenue, profitability, customer experience and employee engagement. Youll align your team on how to provide customers with complete solutions while working in a store with a smaller sales floor and lower customer traffic. Youll also contribute to Best Buys efforts in the local market to gain customer share. What youll do. Drive ento-to-end execution of employee experience, customer experience and financial outcomes. Inspire your team to provide excellent service and complete solutions to customers. Provide leadership, coaching and development to ensure execution of strategy, performance, diversity, inclusion and belonging. Recruit, hire and retain employees.
