Ensures proper pricing, itemization, tagging, signing and documentation of UPC/ PLU's for all store merchandise. Operates the computer and maintains computerized records. Researches and corrects scanning problems. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Champions Company and Division customer service programs to meet or exceed Division customer service goals. Maintains an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with an emphasis on fast, friendly, courteous customer service and accurate pricing. Responsible for all pricing and documentation of pricing. Maintains proper scan descriptions and valid item modifiers. Organizes timely and accurate price changes. Sorts tags and signs by department/aisle and hangs price tags and signs throughout the store. Researches and corrects problems including missing or damaged tags and discontinued items.
