Salary: $32 - $36 per hour

A well-established manufacturing company in Arizona is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support ongoing production needs. This is an urgent opening for a hands-on programmer who can both program and run CNC equipment in a production environment.

Dedicated CNC programming position

Hands-on role with real ownership of programs and outcomes

Urgent need with quick interview and decision process

Key Responsibilities

Program CNC machines using FeatureCAM

Program and run CNC 3-axis mills and CNC lathes

Set up machines and make program adjustments as needed

Interpret blueprints and machining requirements

Monitor part quality and perform in-process checks

Work closely with shop leadership to support production deadlines

Required Experience

Prior FeatureCAM programming experience preferred

Ability to program and run CNC mills and lathes

Strong understanding of CNC machining processes

Comfortable working in a production environment

Hands-on, self-directed approach
