Talking Rock Club is now hiring for a Landscaper. The Landscaper perform a range of general duties including applying fertilizers, maintaining the landscape design, removing weeds and dead plants, and making minor repairs.

Key Responsibilities of the Landscaper:
• Prepares soil for planting beds and lawn areas.
• Plants trees, shrubs, turf grass and flowers.
• Prunes and trims trees and shrubs.
• Operates mechanical equipment such as mowers, weed trimmers and utility vehicles.
• Maintains a clean landscape environment through trash removal and debris cleanup.
• Maintains landscape through the application of mulch, water, fertilizer and grooming.
• Maintains irrigation system around the common areas of the resort.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Landscaper:
• Prior landscaping experience preferred.
• Must be self-starter and willing to work independently.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Other Qualifications:
• Regular and reliable attendance.
