Join Our Team as a Customer Service Associate!

Key Responsibilities:

• Bagging groceries efficiently for customers at checkout, ensuring at least five items per bag while protecting contents from damage.
• Assisting customers by removing merchandise from the bottom of the bascart during checkout.
• Offering support to customers by helping them load bags into their vehicles.
• Conducting basic shelf conditioning and returning merchandise to store shelves.
• Gathering bascarts and maintaining cleanliness inside the store and parking lot.
• Cleaning spills and picking up trash to keep a safe and welcoming environment.
• Assisting with seasonal merchandise assembly.
• Familiarizing yourself with the store layout to effectively assist customers with product inquiries and price checks.
• Reinforcing safety procedures and reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents to management.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Creating an inviting atmosphere for all customers, including minors, special needs individuals, and older adults.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.
