This position is hybrid with 2 days remote and located in Irvine. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $65,000 to $80,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Oversee billing and invoicing activities related to construction projects.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
  
• Monitor project costs to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to manage expenses effectively.
  
• Regularly review monthly credit card statements, cross-referencing with team-provided backup.
  
• Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
  
• Execute the month-end close process meticulously.
  
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
  
• Assist with audits related to construction projects.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
