Qualifications

To be successful as a Bakery Associate, you should have:

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1-2 years of bakery experience.
• A reliable and flexible schedule, willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A friendly demeanor, a positive attitude, and strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication abilities and an eagerness to work collaboratively.
• The capacity to take special orders over the phone.
• The ability to perform general housekeeping duties in the department.
• Experience using bakery equipment and a basic understanding of scales and measurements.
• The physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Commitment to adhering to safety and health regulations while maintaining a Food Handlers permit.
