Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser and Order Coordinator

Become a vital part of our dynamic team as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser and Order Coordinator. You will play a key role in meeting the merchandising needs of our customers through engaging communication and strong relationship building. In this position, you will be responsible for stocking store shelves and updating displays for iconic brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and many other beloved snacks.

• Serve as a representative of Mondelz, collaborating closely with in-store employees and sales representatives to boost product visibility on shelves and create attractive promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelz' DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing images of displays in assigned stores.
• Utilize an iPad Tablet to place orders for products, ensuring that shelves and displays remain well-stocked.
• Ensure that our leading brands are displayed and maintained according to Mondelz' guidelines for optimal visibility.
• Communicate effectively with the management team about any issues or challenges related to sales plans with store managers.
• Follow a daily schedule established by the merchandising manager to provide efficient and proactive in-store service.
• Support seasonal sales initiatives, create attractive seasonal displays, and assist with new product launches.
• Bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude while representing Mondelz in stores.

Who is a Good Fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• A positive, professional attitude with strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently is essential.
• Ability to drive personally to various store locations (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Capability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment, including lifting, bending, and carrying products weighing up to 25 lbs regularly, with occasional lifts of 50 lbs or more.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is highly desirable.
• Living within a 25-35 miles radius of Olympia, WA is required.
• Available to start work between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed; the schedule may vary based on business requirements.

Salary and Benefits:
