Your Role as a Server:

• Welcome and greet every guest with a friendly smile upon their arrival.
• Actively suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the dining experience.
• Accurately take and enter food and drink orders into our POS system.
• Efficiently pick up and deliver food orders to ensure timely service.
• Engage with guests throughout their meal to provide assistance and clear empty items from the table.
• Process and present the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return.
• Adhere to all food safety standards.

What You Need to Succeed (Physical Job Requirements):

• Meet minimum age requirements and authorized to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Capable of moving around the restaurant and standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift.
• Must be a team player with great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
