Uplift Hospice is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute recruiting strategies that support our growing hospice organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiting leader with healthcare experience who is passionate about building compassionate, mission-driven teams.

What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles, with a strong focus on hospice and healthcare positions
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive healthcare market
  • Manage and improve recruiting processes, metrics, and ATS workflows
  • Ensure compliance with Arizona employment laws and healthcare credentialing requirements
  • Support employer branding, referrals, and community recruiting efforts

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including leadership or manager-level responsibility
  • Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred (hospice, home health, or post-acute care a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing
  • Experience partnering with leadership and managing multiple requisitions
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, background checks, and license verification
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
