ProAmpac is seeking a Customer Service Rep/Account Specialist who is detail-oriented, ambitious, curious, a self-starter, a critical-thinker and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. In this role you will be assisting multiple production sites and will need to be responsive with good time management.
This role requires you to professionally engage with customers to understand and meet customer needs, offering advice and guidance on products and services, and assisting customers in making informed decisions. You will manage various sales-related administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and reporting to support efficient operations. You will oversee order fulfillment processes from entry to delivery, monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
