Note: This position requires on-site work five days a week across New England and New York. Some travel with overnight stays is required; hotel accommodations, a daily cash stipend, and partial travel time compensation are provided.

Note: You must have 5+ years of commercial flooring experience, your own tools, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the U.S. with documents to complete the I-9 form. Job Description

• Install commercial flooring (VCT, LVT, ceramic tile, quarry tile, carpet tile, entry mats etc.) based on plans and specs
• Ensure proper preparation of subfloor and cutting, fitting, and finishing for floor coverings
• Travel to job sites across MA, NY, and surrounding states
• Work day and/or night shifts depending on project needs
• Use and maintain your own tools on site
• Adhere to safety standards and site protocols

• 5+ years of commercial flooring installation experience
• Must have experience in demolishing, prepping and installing floor finishes
• Ability to set and hold a layout (must be able to read drawings)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Company vehicles provided if available
• Must have your own tools
• Willing to travel and work overnight (hotel and daily stipend provided)
• Comfortable working night shifts (1.25x multiplier)

• $30-$35/hour based on experience
• 1.25x pay for night shifts
• OT is time and a half. Plenty of hours to work if you want
