Description
As a Scheduling Specialist at RDL, you will be crucial in assisting and optimizing our production schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting our team in various capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate work completions at multiple levels, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Thoroughly learn and understand Expandable ERP software.
• Conduct data analysis and integration to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless scheduling and production operations.
• Compile and manage Excel data for scheduling and production reports, providing accurate and timely information.
• Investigate the root causes of missed shipments and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new software systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Educational background: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in scheduling, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
Physical demands while performing the job:
• General office activities include sitting, standing, and using a computer for extended periods.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move items up to 20 pounds.
Working environment of the job:
• Primarily an office setting with occasional visits to production areas.
