The HR Technology Sr Analyst - Talent Management is responsible for supporting all talent and performance management systems, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with United's overall global talent strategy. The Sr Analyst applies technical knowledge and skills to support the talent technology systems, which include Workday, PeopleSoft and others. Must diagnose organizational needs and propose solutions to develop and deploy system enhancements across the Talent technical stack.
