Position: Remote Customer Service Representative
Start Date: Monday March 09, 2026
Duration: Long term but can be extended or shortened based on business needs and performance.
Location: Remote work from home. Due to operational and compliance requirements, candidates must reside within the state of Ohio.
Hours: Monday - Friday, shifts between 8:00 am to 6:30 pm EST
Shift schedule: Daily hours and shifts may vary, with a rotational requirement for after-hours coverage. We are unable to accommodate schedule change requests. Shifts are assigned based on client needs.
Overview Project Momentum: The Customer Services Representative will leverage call center experience serving as Tier 1 Agent to deliver excellent customer service through incoming and outgoing phone, email, and chat inquiries from customers, process applications, and resolve customer disputes with a positive outcome. The right candidate will enjoy assisting customers with first call resolution, de-escalating caller situations, adapting quickly to change, and working in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and emails while providing outstanding customer service
· Conduct outreach phone calls and emails to support customer needs
· Research and review customer inquiries using multiple systems and relay findings to customers
· Clearly document call information and encounters in call logs while maintaining compliance and quality standards
Requirements:
· 2 years of Customer Service experience and a minimum of 1 year of Call Center experience
· High School Diploma/GED required; proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
· Data entry, listening, verbal, and written communication experience; must connect via Ethernet cord and have sufficient internet
· New requirement: 6 months of Utilities Company or Health and Public Service (H&PS) experience

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.30 per hour
