Collections Accounting Clerk

Seeking a collections clerk for a local disposal company. $19.00/hr. to start. Apply today!

Proactively contact customers with past-due accounts via phone, email, or mail in a respectful and professional manner

Provide excellent customer service while helping clients understand their account status and available payment options

Collaborate with internal departments (billing, sales, customer support) to resolve account discrepancies and ensure accurate information

Negotiate payment plans and follow up on commitments to ensure timely resolution

Collections Accounting Clerk Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$ 19.00 / hour

Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Monitoring accounts receivable

Documenting all collection efforts

Generating reports, and handling customer service aspects of unpaid balances

Collections Accounting Clerk Qualifications:

13 years of experience in collections, billing

Customer service, or a related field

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Empathetic and patient approach to difficult conversations

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to manage time effectively and meet performance goals
