Material Handler/Picker-Packer - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift | Kings Mountain, NC

A well-established distribution facility in Kings Mountain, NC is hiring experienced Material Handlers for all 3 Shifts!

What You'll Do

• Pick apparel items accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Pack garments according to customer and company packaging guidelines
• Receive inbound apparel shipments and verify quantities
• Use material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or carts
• Apply correct labels, barcodes, and shipping documentation
• Prepare cartons for shipment (sealing, weighing, staging)
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Schedule and Pay

• 1st Shift 6:30am-2:30pm $16.00/Hour
• 2nd Shift 2:30PM to 10:30PM $17.00/Hour
• 3rd Shift 10:30PM to 6:30AM $17.00+/hour
• Overtime may be available

What We're Looking For

• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
