Leading prominent firm is seeking an Attorney with 0-2 years of experience in Workers' Compensation. The position can be fully remote or hybrid in Southern California offices in Downtown Los Angeles or Orange County.

Base pay

$105,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in depositions and hearings (Workers Compensation).
• Perform legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and other pleadings.
• Draft and review filings, discovery, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategy and provide client counseling.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• 0-2 years experience representing clients at depositions and hearings
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid research, written and oral communication skills
• Admission to practice law in CA or awaiting admission
