Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Team Lead to join our innovative healthcare technology team. This role involves leading the development of advanced healthcare applications, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Fullstack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js), a deep understanding of healthcare industry standards, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through technology.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of healthcare web applications using the Fullstack.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that comply with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
• Oversee code quality, code reviews, and enforce best practices across the development team.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support healthcare applications.
• Implement user interfaces using Angular, ensuring responsiveness and user-friendly experiences.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and enhancements.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical assistance and fostering their professional growth.
• Ensure the security and compliance of applications with healthcare regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 5 years specializing in the Fullsatck.
• Proven experience in the healthcare industry, with a solid understanding of healthcare standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Extensive experience with MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of electronic health records (EHR) systems and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
