Troon Golf, LLC is offering full-time temporary employment from 04/01/2026 through 10/31/2026. We seek two (2) temporary full-time Housekeeper Service Attendant workers at Talking Rock Club in Prescott, Arizona. The duties of this temporary position are as follows: clean and maintain all rooms, suites, and indoor common areas at club properties, which includes but is not limited to vacuuming floors, dusting, laundering and replenishing linens and towels, removing trash from units, stripping units of soiled linen, disinfecting bathrooms, washing windows, reporting lost and found items to management, assisting in maintaining storage closets, emptying trash, lint traps, and vents; ensure assigned buildings and areas are free of linen, trash, or equipment, move furniture as directed, make guest deliveries as directed, and assist in linen inventories, including sorting and cleaning of dirty linen/terry.

There are no minimum education, skills, or work experience requirements for this position. Full-time workers will be guaranteed a minimum of 40 hours per week, shift schedule may vary depending on need between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. 5x/week. Typical schedule is Friday through Tuesday. Days off may vary. Overtime is available, not guaranteed. Workers will receive one paid 30 minute meal break for every 8 hour shift. On-the-job training to be provided at no cost to worker. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due and workers will be paid on a bi-weekly basis. Employer will make optional housing available. The employer will provide transportation to/from the optional employer-offered housing to the worksite, with cost covered by the employer. The employer will make all deductions from workers pay statements as required by law. Additional deductions may include shared housing fee of $100 per pay period ($200 per month). If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide or reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. If the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28/day during travel to a maximum of $68.00/day with receipts. If applicable, the employer will reimburse workers in the first workweek for all visa processing, border crossing and related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The employer will provide workers, at no charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. If an item is lost, the worker will be required to pay the replacement cost. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12-week work period of total employment period. The offer to U.S. workers is the same as H-2B workers. Applicants must have legal authority to work in the U.S.
