Outside Service Attendant

Talking Rock Ranch in Prescott, AZ is excited to announce the exceptional opportunity of part-time Outside Service Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior member service. Key responsibilities of the Outside Service Attendant include:

• Providing sincere and courteous service to all members with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assisting in educating members regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth.
• Performing practice facility maintenance such as presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintaining ball inventory over the course of the day.
• Cleaning members clubs upon completion of play and on the practice facility.
• Maintaining accurate records of member play.
• Assisting with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse and cart storage area.
• Assisting in the setup and execution of golf events.
• Maintaining the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.
• Maintaining the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition.
• Preparing golf carts for play following club standards.
• Assisting members by changing their golf spikes, if needed, and providing shoe cleaning service.
• Directing start of play when necessary.
• Assisting with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporating safe work practices in job performance.
• Performing other duties as required.

Minimum qualifications of the Outside Service Attendant include:

• High School Diploma or GED; and six months to a year customer service experience or training.

Other qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
