What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide telephone support to external customers regarding specialized restaurant equipment
• Track customer communication and update information in the employer's CRM software
• Assess customer needs and determine the appropriate method of support
• Deliver troubleshooting assistance over the phone using provided documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in hands?on equipment repair and customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English preferred
