Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team! As a Logistics Analyst, youll play an essential role in managing the full lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets, ensuring everything runs smoothly from procurement to deployment. Youll workin a collaborative environment, helping to track and manage assets, monitor logistics performance, and support various teams to ensure optimal and secure operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage IT hardware and software asset logistics, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, tagging, tracking, and deployment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Document procurement packages, vendor information, asset details (including cost, delivery agreements, and tracking), and ensure resolution of lost packages or claims.Maintain a logistics database to track hardware and software assets, working with team members to consolidate asset information across different teams (logistics, maintenance, and management).Conduct regular inventory checks and report on critical incidents and any discrepancies, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.Collaborate closely with the Analytics Lead to manage the Asset and Account Control Center Dashboard (Power BI) and prepare quarterly KPI reports.Support asset procurement and work with the team to manage cost information and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of assets.Coordinate with various teams and escalation paths to ensure proper asset specifications and dependencies are met.Use asset logistics data to ensure compliance and assist with data requests.Partner with the ESOM Contract Business Operations team for IT asset management, forecasting, and preparing for future logistics needs.Work closely with stakeholders to track incidents, service tickets, and logistics planning, all while maintaining high standards for customer support and quality service.Requirements:A bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field (or 8 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree).5 years of experience in IT asset logistics or related fields, with hands-on experience using ServiceNow or similar IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools.Experience managing the procurement, maintenance, distribution, and replacement of materials and analyzing logistics plans.Strong ability to monitor progress and identify any issues or risks within logistics projects.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow established policies and procedures.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve sensitive situations positively.U.S. citizenship or Green Card required.Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust.Preferred:Previous experience supporting federal operations.ITIL certification.- # Washington, DCCritical Need Solutions is seeking a Logistics and Sustainment Analystlevels in the areas of logistics and supply * A minimum of 2 years- # Washington, DCCritical Need Description Senior Logistics Analyst WHO WEExperience: 10+ years relevant experience in Logistics and Configuration
