Major Duties, Responsibilities Maintains exemption, organizational, split and combination databases. Processes property and recorded documents. Assists with general customer service duties. Audits income statements. Provides customers maps, variances, ownership reports, section, township, and range including working with legal descriptions utilizing GIS Arc. View. Determines location of improvements on split parcels and compute acreage and lot dimensions. Audits income statements for senior valuation freeze per State Statute. Audits accounting of business personal property schedules and assessments. Audits Motor Vehicle Division reports in tracking manufactured housing county-wide. Maintains permit database.
