Position Overview

We are looking for a Client Appointment Setter to join our remote team in the travel and hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients and schedule travel planning appointments.
• Respond promptly to inquiries through phone, email, or online platforms.
• Maintain appointment calendars and ensure accurate scheduling.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service while representing the Destination Knot brand.
• Support travel specialists in the client consultation and booking process.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow?ups.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Previous customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
