IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL: Educate patrons in locating materials or information in all areas of the library. Provide readers advisory services and assist patrons in the use of all library technologies. Address escalated or complex patron issues, library system or policy items as assigned. Collaborate with the Circulation Supervisor to maintain the Automated Materials Handler. Reconcile daily cash deposits, copier deposits, and Go Print deposits. Resolve issues with damaged and/or problem items. Sort, shelve, and maintain the order and presentation of library materials according to Librarys standards. Provide customer service to internal and external customers, greet, receive, address, and resolve customer questions as able and refer complex inquiries, requests or complaints to appropriate staff.
