Responsibilities

  • Implement PLACE strategies for weekly lead generation.
  • Coordinate and conduct two open houses each month.
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
  • Participate in team activities in accordance with team standards.
  • Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
  • Assist buyers in obtaining signed agreements and identifying suitable properties.
  • Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients.
  • Monitor activities and maintain client information using PLACE Technology.
