What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Participate in full life-cycle software engineering projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Conduct thorough code reviews, implement unit and integration tests, and maintain code quality
• Lead initiatives and contribute new ideas, tools, and techniques to the team
  
• Develop and adhere to coding standards while fostering effective asynchronous communication
• Own smaller efforts and components of larger projects, demonstrating analytical thinking

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelors degree in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in full stack software engineering with a strong grasp of best practices and design patterns
• 3+ years of experience in .NET development, including REST API development
• 3+ years of experience in frontend development using frameworks such as Angular or React (React preferred)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to federal contract requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with AWS
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Microservice Architecture
• Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline
