World Business Lenders Loan Administration Consultant

World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding. WBL services its loan portfolio and loan portfolios for third parties, specializing in the management of non-performing loan pools and REO.

WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Loan Administration department
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan records within the Loan Administration system. This includes supervising data entry, reconciliation of payments, ACH submissions, managing migrations and conversions, managing loan fundings, payment processing, provide information and reports to all associated departments and the uploading of payment schedules.
  • Coordinate and respond to internal and external requests for loan-related documentation, such as payoff letters, payment histories, and performance status reports. Coordinate Loan Resolutions with Asset Resolution department.
  • Lead the preparation and approval process for loan amendments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Perform and oversee daily audits of loan records to maintain data integrity and identify any discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain processes to minimize credit and operational risks including insurance and legal documentation.
  • Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Assist in preparation of investment & management reports.
  • Collaborate with IT or software providers to optimize loan administration platforms.
  • Generate reports on loan performance, servicing metrics, and departmental KPIs.
  • Keep up to date on collateral values, interest rates, provide reports on request.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
