About the Role. The Employer Engagement & Career Services Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with local employers and supports client success within the One-Stop Centers. This position leads employer engagement activitiesincluding outreach, job fairs, hiring events, and workshopsand coordinates career services that support individuals participating in Title I-B programs. The Manager also trains staff on the Arizona Job Connection (AJC) platform and ensures accurate documentation and compliance with WIOA Title I-B requirements. This role reports directly to the Director of Title I-B One-Stop. Key Responsibilities. Employer & Business Engagement. Build and maintain partnerships with employers, chambers, workforce, and economic development partners.
