Director of Business Applications

Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr – $220,000.00/yr

Location: Onsite, Arizona, United States

Requirements:

• Experienced as a Director, Business Applications or similar role in a $1B+ organization, preferably in Retail or Service industries.
• Led end‑to‑end ERP business transformation initiatives (SAP, Infor, Sage or other dealer/retail management systems) with heavy focus on Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay, including CRM experience.
• Experience overseeing applications teams (business analysts, application analysts, product teams) supporting business processes.
• Hands‑on knowledge of ERP/CRM systems; knowledge of MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle or other ERPs is advantageous.
• Experience in BI technologies (Power BI, Tableau) with focus on UI/UX and dashboard development.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
