This leader will optimize enablement for our partner ecosystem and internal partner facing sellers through the lifecycle, from onboarding, through to mastery, with a goal to maximizes go-to-market strategies, across partner business models to deliver success outcomes. The role requires a leader, with knowledge in and passion for partner sales, channel strategy, business operations, training, and certifications. Must have a desire to simplify our partners' end-to-end enablement engagement by delivering a strategy that motivates, leads, and drives our field and partner ecosystem to accelerates their business with VMware, and ultimately unleashes partner productivity and profitability. The role requires a balance between strategy, big picture thinking, operational excellence, and rigor in executing on business priorities. Will need to be experienced in working with senior partner leadership and serving a part of an extended leadership team, whilst also aligning with counterparts across the business in sales and the BU's. A deep understanding of field and partner organizations, global programs, and enablement at scale is essential for this role.The successful candidate will report into the Global VP for WWRACE, as well as support the SVP for our Worldwide Partner and Commercial business as well as the SVP for Corporate Strategic Alliances. This leader will manage a function made up of global programs, solutions, global partners, and in-geo enablement leaders as well as work across WWRACE to leverage the broader function to bring content, badges, certifications, and signature events to market.**Job Role & Responsibilities:**Lead a global enablement team to create an engaging, personalized, and simplified learning experience, delivering successful business outcomes for partners facing sellers and partners across their total business relationship with VMware. Elevate how VMware partners receive and consume training and realize the full potential of their VMware partner program, while establishing robust and profitable practices. Establish an intuitive experience for how partners manage their learning experience and ongoing requirements. Working with the team, across the organization and with key stakeholder, become an evangelist for partner enablement, exceed satisfaction across all our offerings both internally and externally.
