The role has a great level of visibility to CMBU's leadership team and, as a result, the right candidate must have excellent organization and communication skills, as well as be highly detailed oriented and time & project management skills.**Responsibilities:****Portfolio Planning and Operations:** Drive annual operations plan (AOP), track resource allocations, quarterly budget planning, vendor management, COGS tracking and optimization. Partner with Talent Acquisition org on hiring and recruiting.**Business and Commerce Operations** : Partner with and influence various cross functional teams – Go-to-Market, R&D, Engineering Services, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Sales and Finance – to ensure that the business is running smoothly. Manage day-to-day operations, compliance initiatives, and support introduction of new products and services.**Collaboration** : Work closely with product and functional leads and their operations teams to ensure effective communication and processes exist for strategy, planning and operations within the product organization.**Requirements**+ 10+ years of software industry experience with strong finance/operations/program management background+ Ability to streamline and scale operations by leveraging data-driven metrics.
