High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.
2. Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.
3. Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding.
4. Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).
5. Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent agents who communicate effectively and speak well.
2. Agents comfortable discussing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
3. Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling standard policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
