Token Metrics is hiring a Business Development Specialist to drive growth and expand branding efforts in Indias crypto and fintech market. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and aligning sales and marketing efforts to increase market share in a highly competitive and evolving digital asset ecosystem.

• Analyze and expand operations to support sustainable revenue growth.
• Monitor income streams and uncover profit-maximizing opportunities.
• Enhance sales, branding, and marketing strategies based on performance and trends.
• Research and identify new business verticals driven by user behavior.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to shape strategy.
• Foster client relationships and grow industry partnerships.
• Develop networking strategies to source new clients and collaborators.
• Lead deal negotiations and closings that support long-term goals.
• Align with internal teams to maintain cohesive business development efforts.
• Evaluate potential joint ventures, acquisitions, or partnerships.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record in business development, preferably in crypto, fintech, or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of brand strategy, growth hacking, and digital marketing.
• Confident in conducting market analysis and competitive assessments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong strategic thinker with the ability to execute on long-term goals.
