Job Description:

  • Provide L2 support for TIBCO middleware components including BW (BusinessWorks), EMS, Hawk, Administrator, and ActiveMatrix.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration services and message queues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with L3 support and development teams for complex issue resolution.
  • Participate in deployment activities, patching, and upgrades.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and known issues.
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in TIBCO middleware support.
  • Strong knowledge of TIBCO BW, EMS, Administrator, and Hawk.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis.
  • Good understanding of integration patterns and SOA principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • bility to work in a 24x7 support environment (on-call rotation may be required).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • TIBCO certification(s) in BW or EMS.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
